Writing for Healing is a guided workshop that invites you to pause, connect inward, and tap into the natural flow of creativity that lives within us all.
Using writing as a tool for reflection and expression, we open the door to clarity, discovery, and the unexpected truths waiting to be heard.
The evening includes time for writing as well as the opportunity to share in a safe, nonjudgmental space, where being witnessed by others becomes part of the healing itself.
The workshop begins at 8 p.m., lasts about 2–2.5 hours.
A pen and notebook will be provided, though you are welcome to bring your own if you’d like.
All you need to bring is yourself and an openness to meet what arises.
